1]Mr. Pardiwalla, learned Senior Counsel, appearing in support of this Appeal, on instructions state that the Appellant-Assessee does not wish to press the Appeal only because of the meager amount of penalty. It is the quantum of penalty and which is to the tune of Rs.7,87,968/- that has led to the learned Senior Counsel being instructed not to press this Appeal.
