Thereafter, on2[nd] August, 2018 further a common order was passed in these appeals alongwith Income Tax Appeal No. 293 of 2016. Today, Mr. Mohanty Learned Counsel for the Rane 2/2ITXA-130-2016ITXA-151-2016Friday, 3.8.2018 Revenue seeks to withdraw both these appeals in viewof the Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) issued aCircular No.3 of 2018 dated 11[th] July, 2018. The aboveCircular directed the Revenue Officers not to pressappeals were the tax effect involved in less than Rs.50lacs. 3. Mr. Mohanty, Learned Counsel appearing insupport of the Appeal, states that as the tax effectinvolved in both the Appeals are less than Rs.50 lakhs,he has been instructed by the Principal Commissionerof Income Tax to withdraw both these Appeals. 4.
