1. These Appeals first came up for hearing on27[th] June, 2018. At that time, certain orders werepassed and the appeals were adjourned. Thereafter, on2[nd] August, 2018 further a common order was passed in
these appeals alongwith Income Tax Appeal No. 293 of
2016.
Today, Mr. Mohanty Learned Counsel for the

Revenue seeks to withdraw both these appeals in viewof the Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) issued aCircular No.3 of 2018 dated 11[th] July, 2018. The aboveCircular directed the Revenue Officers not to pressappeals were the tax effect involved in less than Rs.50lacs.
3. Mr. Mohanty, Learned Counsel appearing insupport of the Appeal, states that as the tax effectinvolved in both the Appeals are less than Rs.50 lakhs,he has been instructed by the Principal Commissionerof Income Tax to withdraw both these Appeals.
4. Accordingly, both the Appeals are dismissedas withdrawn.
5. Refund of court-fees as per Rules.
