DATED : 10 DECEMBER 2014

This Appeal of the Revenue challenges the order
passed by the Income Appellate Tribunal, Bench at Mumbai on 30 December 2011. The Assessment Year in question is 2005-06.
2.This Appeal and six other Appeals involve a common question and issue. Six Appeals were placed before us for admission on 20 November 2014 and after hearing both sides, namely Mr.Malhotra for the Revenue and Mr.Mistry, learned Sr.Counsel for the Assessee at great length, we proceeded to dismiss these six Appeals. Following that order, and the issue and the question being identical, we dismiss this Appeal as well. It does not raise any substantial question of law. No order as to costs.
