At the instance of the revenue, appeal is taken up for admission. 2.So far as the second question regarding disallowing VSI contribution amounting to Rs.10,89,248/- is concerned, the Tribunal has followed the order passed in the case of the assessee itself. The said order has not been challenged by the revenue. Learned counsel for the revenue makes no statement in that regard. 3.So far as the first question is concerned, the same is covered by the judgment of this Court in the case of CIT V/s. Manjara Shetkari Sahakari SakharKarkhana Ltd. reported in [2008] 301 I.T.R. 191. 4.In this view of the matter, no substantial question of law arise in the appeal.
