appeal. From the order passed by the ITAT, it is seen that the Tribunal has followed the judgment of this Court in the case of CIT V/s. Bandhkam Khate Sevakanchi Sahakari Patsanstha Maryadit [Income
Tax Appeal No.156 of 2009] decided on 18/3/2009. Since the decision of the ITAT is based on the judgment of this Court, we see no reason to entertain this appeal. The appeal is accordingly dismissed with no order as to costs.
