The appellant-assessee-Society has filed the instant appealunder Section 260-A of the Income Tax Act, 1961 (for short, ‘the Act’),
against the order dated 12.7.2018 (Annexure A-5)passed by the IncomeTax Appellate Tribunal, Chandigarh Bench 'SMD', Chandigarh, wherebythe appeal filed by the appellant-assessee against the order of denial ofexemption under Section 11(2) of the Act for the Assessment Year 2009-10,was dismissed.
The appeal is admitted vide order dated 3.10.2019.
Now CM No. 4321-CIl of 2021 has been filed by the applicant-
appellant seeking permission to withdraw the appeal as it has availed theScheme “Vivad Se Vishwas 2020”, videAnnexure A-7
Notice of the application.
Ms. Urvashi Dhugga, Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the
Revenue and has no objection to the aforesaid request made on behalf of theappellant-assessee regarding withdrawal of the present appeal.
