This writ appeal arises out of a judgment dated 6[th] April,2010 in W.P.(C) No.10691 of 2010. By the said judgment, the writpetition filed by respondents 1 to 3 herein was disposed of withcertain directions in the light of the judgment of the Supreme Court v. reported in Inforpark, KeralaAsst. Commissioner of Income Tax(2008 (4) KLT 782).
2. When the matter was taken up today it was brought to
our notice that earlier this Court dismissed W.A.No.2243 of 2008 on8[th] January, 2009 wherein the same question as the one raised in theinstant appeal was involved. In the circumstances, we are of theopinion that the instant writ appeal also requires to be dismissed atthe admission stage following the abovementioned judgment inW.A.No.2243 of 2008.
