(Oral) It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue involved in this writ petition was also the subject matter of batch of writ petitions the lead case of which was CWP No.460 of 2014, decided on 3[rd] June, 2015. 2. In view of the above, we deem it proper to dispose of the instant writ petition in terms of the decision supra by directing the respondents to refund the tax amount as per the Rules occupying the field.
