Union of India[W.P.C.No.22208/2009 dated 19/12/2014] and the petitionerswere permitted to prefer appeal against the impugned orders.Learned Single Judge had granted the petitioners one month timefrom the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment to preferappeal and until such time, interim order was kept pending. 2.Taking into consideration the fact that similar issuesarise for consideration in these writ petitions, these are alsodisposed of in the light of the judgment in Eramam KutturService Co-operative Bank (supra). It is made clear that theinterim order shall remain in force for a period of one month to W.P.C.Nos.10408/2009 &conn.cases 2 enable the petitioners to prefer appeal before the competent authorities.
