Departmentthat it would suffice if this court were to hold that the appeals pending before theCommissioner of Appeals be entertained and disposed of on the petitioners’depositing 10% of the disputed tax pending disposal of appeals byCommissioner of Appeals. As we have already directed the petitioners to pay 10% of the disputed taxby way of interim orders of this Court dated 31.12.2009 (quantified amount), andthe petitioners have already deposited the said 10% of the disputed tax, thesewrit petitions are disposed of directing the Commissioner of Appeals to disposeof the appeals pending before him expeditiously.
