As the said appeal has been filed beyond time, this Notice of Motion has been taken out for condonation of delay. 2. The delay caused is of 92 days and the same has been explained in the affidavit filed by Shri :2: Bijal Desai, Secretary of the Appellant - Company and we are satisfied that good and sufficient reasons have been made out to condone the delay. 3.
