We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Challenge in the present writ petition is to the order dated 13/16-5-2005 passed by the respondents. In our view the order does not suffer from any infirmity in law or on facts. However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner was not really pressing the reliefs in this writ petition and prays that the respondents may be directed to furnish the details of the benefits which were available to the deceased, so that he can take steps to obtain succession certificate in accordance with law. 2. We dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the respondents to furnish details of 2 the benefits admissible and/or payable to the deceased in accordance with law to the petitioner within eight weeks from today.
