1. Heard the learned Counsel for the parties. By
this Petition, the Petitioner is challenging an order
dated 14.08.2007 passed by the ITAT, whereby the ITAT
has rejected the Misc.Application No.438/2007 of the
Assessee, thereby declining recall of the earlier order
of the Tribunal in ITA No.3542/Mum/2001 dated 11.04.2007
for the Assessment Year 1992-1993. We do not find any
error or illegality in the said order. However the
Petitioner is at liberty to challenge the aforesaid
order of the Tribunal dated 11.04.2007.
2. Petition stands disposed of.
