1. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition, in the light of judgment passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in TKS Builders Pvt. Ltd. v. Income Tax Officer Ward 25(3) New Delhi: Neutral Citation No. 2024:DHC:8330-DB. He however prays, and we clarify, that none of the other issues which have been raised in the present petition have been considered and the petitioner‟s right to agitate the same before the concerned authorities is open.
2.The present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. All rights and contentions of the parties are reserved.
