The petitioners have filed this petition under Articles 226 and227 of the Constitution of India for issuing direction to the respondents togrant more time to reply the questionnaire given to the petitioners underSection 153A of the Income Tax Act.
After hearing counsel for the petitioners and going through thecontents of the petition, we are of the opinion that sufficient time hasalready been granted to the petitioners to reply the questionnaire. We do notfind any ground to give any extension of time for the same.
