In view of averments made in the petition which is duly supported byaffidavit of Assistant Commissioner of Income Tax Circle-2(1) Jabalpur,prayer for restoration of ITA No. 132/2022, is hereby accepted. Looking to the nature of default, subject to payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- (Rs. One Thousand Only) with the M.P. High CourtEmployees Association, Jabalpur (SB A/c No.519302010000235, UnionBank of India, High Court, Jabalpur within a period of 15 days from today,ITA No. 132/2022 is restored to its original number for being adjudicatedon its own merits. Restoration shall be subject to the fact that Revenue files thecertified copy within a period of four weeks, failing which ITA No.132/2022 stands automatically stand dismissed without further reference tothis Court.
