ORDER
The MCC has been filed for restoration of MAIT No.20/2014 which wasdismissed for non compliance of order passed on 13.03.2015.
This MCC has been filed with a delay of 2440 days for condonation ofwhich an application has been moved assigning sole reason that due to lack ofcommunication between applicant and the learned senior counsel and his
associates, the applicant did not came to know about the dismissal of the case.
From the bare perusal of the I.A. No.9784/2021. It does not appear thatthe explanation is satisfactory and is neither bonafide.
Accordingly I.A No. 9784/2021 stands dismissed.
