The present petition has been filed for restorationof R.P. No.452/2018, which was dismissed on account ofnon-compliance of order dated 13.08.2018.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed anaffidavit along with the restoration application and it hasbeen stated that she was not aware of the order passed bythis Court and the same was not complied with.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has been able tomake out a prima facie case for restoration of R.P.No.452/2018.
Resultantly, the present M.C.C. stands allowed.R.P. No.452/2018 is hereby restored to its original numberand the same be listed on 4[th] December 2018.
