3. Looking to the grounds mentioned in the application, the same isallowed and ITA No.94 of 2023 is restored to its original number subject topayment of cost of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) to be deposited in
the M.P. High Court Legal Services Committee,Indore within sevenworking days from today and a receipt thereof be produced before theRegistry.
