Ms. Veena Mandlik, learned counsel for the applicant. Heard. This is an application for restoration of ITA No.18/2017, which was dismissed for non-compliance of common conditional order dated 27.06.2017. Due to non-compliance of Court order dated 27.06.2017, the appeal has been dismissed. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that as per order dated 27.06.2017, she has to comply the same on or before 08.08.2017 whereas, she has complied the order on 10.08.2017.
