ORDER
This petition is filed seeking for restoration of Income Tax Appeal No.56o f 2016, which was dismissed for non-compliance of the peremptory orderdated 12/7/2017.
2. There is a delay of 883 days in filing the restoration application. There isno application for condonation of delay. Counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no instruction also.
3. It is apparent that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute this matter.Even after the dismissal in the year 2017, he has taken 3 years to file restorationapplication and today also he is not showing any interest.
5. Hence,for all these reasons, we find no good ground to recall the order.The petition is dismissed.The petition is dismissed.
