The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition prayingfor a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to provide the copies ofthe material documents from the file pertaining to the Tax RecoveryCertificate No.108/CR.III 1999-2000 dated 06.12.1999 which resulted fromthe assessment of “block period ending 08.10.1996.
2.Mrs.Srimathy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondentswas put on notice and she fairly concedes that the documents in questionare in the custody of the second and the third respondents and they arehttps://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ready to consider the request of the petitioner.
3.In view of the above, the second and the thirds respondents aredirected to furnish the material documents, as sought for, in this WritPetition, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copyof this order. In the meanwhile, there shall be an order of stay ofnotice for settling a sale proclamation dated 09.04.2014, till 28.06.2014.4.This Writ Petition is disposed of, with the abovedirection.
