1.By way of this application, the petitioner has sought transfer of OWP No. 726/2015, which was pending before the Srinagar Wing, to this Court.
2.There was no appearance on behalf of the petitioner and consequently vide order dated 14[th] November, 2019 court notice was directed to be issued to the
petitioner and his counsel.
3.Notice issued to the respondents have been received back unserved with the
remarks that the address was insufficient.
4.However, pursuant to orders passed by this Court, the Registry has reported
that OWP No. 726/2015 stands disposed of by Srinagar Wing.
5.In view of the above, this transfer application is rendered infructuous and is disposed of as such.
