(MADHYA PRADESH) (BY SHRI SOMI CHOURASIYA - ADVOCATE) .....RESPONDENTS This petition coming on for admission this day, the court passed thefollowing: ORDER This petition is filed against the order dated 22.11.2019 (Annexure P-6)passed by learned 6th Civil Judge, Class - I, Jabalpur in MJC No.818 of 2019. Shri Somi Chourasiya submits that the proceeding before the trial Courtin MJC have come to an end. In support of this contention, he has enclosed theorder dated 23.11.2022 whereby it reveals that the proceedings before the trialCourt have come to an end. In view of such fact that proceeding in MJC No.818 of 2019 have beenclosed, the petition against interlocutory order is not maintainable. Shri Siddharth Sharma submits that he is not having official instructions but at thesame he has no material to dispute the documents which have been filed by therespondent herein. He, however, on the basis of the online case status, admitsthat the proceedings have come to an end before the 6th Civil Judge, Class - I,Jabalpur. Therefore nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. The petition fails and is dismissed.
