By way of this writ petition, the Petitioner has challenged the notice dated 26.03.2010 (Annexure-3) issued by the Assistant Commissioner of Income Tax, Circle-2(2), Bhubaneswar under Section 147 of the Income Tax Act, 1961 for the assessment year 2005-06. 05. 3. In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner will approach the competent authority pursuant to the notice under Annexure-3 and the same may be considered within a stipulated time. 4. If the Petitioner responds to the notice under Annexure-3 raising all the contentions, the competent authority shall decide the same on merit and pass a reasoned order in accordance with law. 5.
