This writ petition has been filed praying for a direction to Opposite Party No.3 to dispose of the 1[st] appeal within the stipulated period and also direct Opposite Party Nos.3 and 4 to issue certified copies of the documents, vide application dated 28[th] December, 2017. 2. If the first appeal of the Petitioner has not yet been disposed of as contended by him, it should be disposed of by the Commissioner of Income Tax (CIT) (Appeal) by a reasoned order not later than 2[nd] August, 2021. The said appeal if not already disposed of be listed for directions before the CIT (A) on 19[th] April, 2021. 3. The Petitioner’s application for issuance of certified copies of the documents he seeks also be considered expeditiously and an appropriate order be passed thereon by the CIT(A). KC Bisoi 4.
