1.Mr. Ray, learned senior advocate appears on behalf of
applicant-assessee and submits, the writ petition was dealt with by judgment dated 17[th] July, 2023. However, direction to file revised
return for assessment year 2018-19 could not be availed of by
applicant because the portal does not allow for it. Hence, the application with prayer for appropriate modification of the judgment.
2.Mr. Mohapatra, learned advocate, Senior Standing Counsel appears on behalf of revenue and prays for adjournment to obtain instruction. Mr. Ray prays for extension of the period directed by the

judgment. Mr. Mohapatra submits, revenue is aware of the direction
and also the modification application. In the circumstances, no direction need specifically be made at the stage.
