This matter is taken up by hybrid mode.
2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
3. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the ex parte assessment order dated 16.03.2023 passed by the authority under Annexure-1.
4. As it appears, the petitioner has approached this Court against the ex parte assessment order passed by the authority. In the meantime more than a year has passed and, as such, against the order of assessment appeal lies. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to pursue its remedy before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
5. With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
