The Court has been shown a copy of the appeal effect order dated 7[th] February 2023 passed by the Assistant Commissioner of Income Tax, Rourkela Circle, Rourkela noting that the tax liability of Rs.6,98,24,230/- cannot be included in the tax found payable by the Assessee. 2.
