We are informed that the Petitioner is due for superannuation on 30[th] June, 2019. Pursuant to the orders of this Court, the Petitioner has been granted two promotions and now one notional promotion of the Petitioner as Principal Chief Commissioner of Income Tax will have to be granted.
2We direct the Respondents to pursue the matter and grant the aforesaid notional promotion expeditiously.
3Since the order of which breach is alleged is substantially complied with, no contempt action is now warranted. The Contempt Petition to stand disposed of.
