It is reported in (2009) 313 ITR 187 (Bom) (Director of Income Tax (International Taxation) vs NGC Network Asia LLC).
2.In the light of the law laid down by this Court and the issues being covered by the said judgment, no substantial questions of law arise for determination and consideration in this Appeal. The Appeal has no merits and is dismissed. No costs.
