Heard Shri Bhattad, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Parchure, learned counsel for the respondents. Shri Bhattad, learned Counsel states that conditions imposed by this Court while granting interim relief on 19.03.2013 are complied with. Shri Parchure, learned counsel appearing for the respondents - revenue, upon instructions, states that as the amount, as directed in the said order, has been deposited by the present petitioners, appeal filed by the petitioner viz., M/s. Bhandara District Central Cooperative Bank can be decided on merits and till adjudication on merits, no coercive steps will be taken by the respondents. In view of the statement made, we find that the apprehension of the petitioner is already redressed. We accordingly permit the respondents to decide the appeal filed by the petitioners on merits in accordance with law as early as possible. Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. However, there shall be no order as to costs. JUDGE JUDGE *GS.
