The aforesaid appeal was filed on 29.09.2015 by Sh. NeerajKhanna, Advocate. The Registry had raised objection on the case file on1410.2015.
As per Rule 9, Chapter 1, Part-A, Volume V, Punjab andHaryana High Court Rules and Orders, the petition on which objectionshave been raised by the Registry is to be taken back by the counsel/party,who filed it, to be re-filed within a total period of 40 days. The same wasnot taken back for re-filing after removal of objections. On failure, the caseis to be listed before the Court for orders. Note was published by theRegistry in the cause list w.e.f. 08.02.2018 to 31.03.2018, whereby theadvocates were requested to collect their all cases lying with objections,which were filed upto 31.12.2016 for re-filing after removal of objections.
It was further notified that all pending cases of this type will be
listed in Court for appropriate order,
