1.Pursuant to the previous order dated 18[th] February 2025, counsel for respondent-IT Department has handed over compliance affidavit as per which refund of Rs.21,70,60,900/- has been duly issued and credited to assessee/petitioner on 7[th] April 2025.
2.The relevant transfer documents have also been appended along with the compliance affidavit. The compliance affidavit along with annexures be placed on record of this Court during the course of the day.
3.Though the counsel for petitioner states that he has no instructions in
this regard, no purpose would be served in keeping this petition on Board.
4.Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to revive the same in case the said compliance is not in order. revive the same in case the said compliance is not in order.
