(Oral) The prayer in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 ofthe Constitution of India, is for issuing a writ in the nature of Certiorari forquashing the order dated 04.11.2015 (Annexure P-13) vide which, in thepretext of deciding the application for stay filed by the petitioner, in termsof order dated 27.7.2015 of this Court, passed in CWP No. 3859 of 2015,respondent No.1 has decided the main appeal and granted an illusionaryrelief to the petitioner, despite the application for stay having been partlyallowed, the entire amount still stands attached/forfeited by the respondent-Department. 2.After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitionerstates that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition at thisstage. 3.Dismissed as withdrawn as prayed.
