It isnot disputed that during this interregnum, the petitioner has deposited theamount of Rs. 50 Lakh. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent hasstated that CIT has decided the appeal and the same is pending before ITAT.2.Learned counsel for the petitioner has fairly accepted this fact andStates that present petition may be disposed of with a direction to theTribunal to decide the appeal in a time bound manner.
