(Oral) The substantial question of law, which is projected in this case, relates to the legality of including the amounts received by the appellant by way of reimbursement under Section 44BB of the Income Tax Act. The Tribunal has followed the decision of the Coordinate Bench and found that the issue is covered against the appellant and dismissed the appeal. 2. We heard Mr. P.R. Mullick, learned counsel for the appellant and Mr. H.M. Bhatia, learned counsel for the respondent. 3. Learned counsel for the appellant also would submit that the issue, as far as this Court is concerned, is covered against the appellant. 4.
