1.Admittedly, all these appeals have been allowed by this Court on 29th July, 2011. However, while disposing of the appeals no orders were passed on the deposits and the bank guarantee furnished by the appellants pursuant to the orders passed at the time of the admission of the appeal. Since the appeals are already allowed, we direct the revenue to return the bank guarantee as also the deposit amount with accrued interest if any within four weeks from today.
