BYTHECOURT: This petition alleges non compliance with the order dated 12-3-2014 passed in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.2790/2014. Thereby this courtdirected that till 21-3-2014 re-assessment may not be finalized. A look at the contempt petition indicates that by the petitioner's ownadmission the respondent was not served the order dated 12-3-2014passed by this court prior to 13-3-2014, albeit an allegation has beenmade that circumstances were deliberately created such that the interimorder dated 12-3-2014 could not be served on the respondent. In my considered opinion, in view of admission of the petitionerhimself that the interim order dated 12-3-2014 was not served on therespondent, no contempt can be attributed to the respondent in passing theex-parte assessment order dated 13-3-2014.
