The petitioner has filed this writ petitionagainst the show cause notice issued to him under Section148 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 for the assessment year2003-04.
I do not find any reason to entertain the writpetition which is directed against the show cause notice.If and when any order is passed by the assessingauthority, he would have remedy under the Income-tax Act,1961 itself against such order.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
