. We have perused the affidavit in support of the
Motion as also the additional affidavit in support
of the motion.
2. We have also considered the affidavits filed
opposing condonation of delay.
3. Considering the details as set out in para.4
of additional affidavit and the administrative
delays which has been occasioned in the Ministry of
Law in our opinion the cause shown would amount to
sufficient cause. On the facts of this case delay
condoned. Motion made absolute in terms of prayer
clause (a). Office to register the Appeal.
