We have heard Mr. Manish Shah, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant and Ms. Kalpana Raval, the learned senior standing counsel appearing for the revenue.
Mr. Shah makes a statement that the applicant has filed Form Nos.1 and 2 availing of Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme and the Department has accepted the same by furnishing Form No.3.
In view of the afore-said statement, the main matter i.e. the Special Civil Application No.17827 of 2018 stands disposed of as withdrawn. The civil application for withdrawal is also disposed of.
Since the main matter itself has been disposed of, the connected civil application for stay shall stand disposed of accordingly.
