No blanket permission to go abroad can be granted, contrary to the conditions imposed by the Court granting bail. As and when petitioner has to go abroad, he has to file an application disclosing justifiable reasons therein to the satisfaction of the Court granting permission. As and when such application is filed, to allay the apprehension of the petitioner, it is observed that the trial Court shall decide such an application expeditiously.
Hence, the present petition being misconceived is dismissed.
