ORDER IN TAX APPEAL
Mr.Darshan R.Patel, the learned counsel appearing for theappellant (assessee) submits that he may be permitted towithdraw this Tax Appeal as his client would like to avail thebenefit under the scheme of the Government called “the DirectTax (Vivad se Vishwas)”. He makes a further request that libertyto revive the Tax Appeal may be reserved.
In view of the statement made by Mr.Patel, as referred toabove, this Tax Appeal is disposed of as not pressed to enablethe appellant to avail the benefit under the scheme “Vivad seVishwas” with a liberty to revive the Tax Appeal in case of anydifficulty.
The Tax Appeal stands disposed of as not pressed.
