2.The application in support of the four Notices of Motion relates to appeals filed for Assessment Years 2005-06, 2006-07, 2007-08 and 2008-09 from the common order of the Tribunal dated 30[th] October, 2015.
3.The delay in filing all these four appeals is of 6 days. We have perused the affidavit-in-support of the notices of motion and are satisfied with the reasons mentioned therein. Accordingly, the delay is condoned.
4.All four Notices of Motion are allowed in terms of prayer clause
