P.C. 1.This notice of motion has been taken out by the applicants for expediting the appeal and fixing an early date. This appeal was admitted on 30th October, 2014. However, notice of motion taken out for stay the implementation of the impugned order passed by the Tribunal, was dismissed. 2.Thereafter, the applicants filed an appeal to the Hon'ble 1495-15-nma=.doc Supreme Court. The Apex Court by an order dated 12th December, 2014 directed the applicant to deposit the principal amount of tax with the Income Tax Department. The applicants have admittedly deposited the entire principal amount with the Income Tax Department. On 24th August, 2015, the Apex Court granted liberty to the applicants to approach this Court for fixing an early hearing of the matter. 3.The hearing of the appeal is expedited. The appeal be listed in the list of expedited matters. Liberty to the parties to apply. Motion is disposed of in above terms. (G.S. KULKARNI, J.) (M.S. SANKLECHA, J.)
