of Motion. Mr.Jasani appears for the original
petitioner. The revenue has taken out this motion for
extention of time to dispose of the appeal which was to be decided within 3 months as per the order passed on 20th September, 2005. Mr.Jasani has opposed the motion
on behalf of the petitioner. Considering the fact that
certain information has to be obtained from outside
India, we extend the time for disposal of the appeal
till the end of March, 2005.
