The appeal was admitted by this Court by order dated18.09.2007 on the substantial questions of law framed in the said order. 4. Today the appeal is before us on a praecipe filed by learnedcounsel for the appellant. 5. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that grievance of the BGP. 1 of 2 (11)-ITXA-862-04.doc. appellant has been redressed by out of court settlement. Therefore, hewould not like to press this appeal. 6. Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to prayermade for withdrawal of the appeal. 7.
