It is pointed out that Ext.P2 appealpending before the second respondent cannot be brought up forhearing immediately since the presiding officer is absent. Itherefore extend the period of stay granted in Ext.P3 order tillsuch time Ext.P2 appeal is disposed of. I further direct thesecond respondent to dispose of Ext.P2 appeal as expeditiouslyas possible.
