It is upto thepetitioner to move appropriate application for stay in theappeals pending. The applications if filed within two weeksfrom today shall be disposed of by the first respondent within amonth therefrom. 2.I hasten to add that the applications for stay shall beconsidered by the first respondent untrammeled by Ext.P10order. This is because Ext.P10 order was passed by the thirdrespondent without hearing the petitioner. 3.The coercive proceedings pursuant to Exts.P1 and P2orders shall be put on hold for a period of six weeks to enablethe petitioner to work out his remedy. The petitioner shallproduce a copy of the Writ Petition as well as the judgmentbefore the first respondent for compliance. No further directions are warranted and the Writ Petitionis disposed of.
